Fundraising Dinner Video Invitation

On November 3, 2012, KentHOPE hosted our First Annual Fundraising Dinner at New Beginnings Christian Fellowship, and what a beautiful and amazing evening of heartfelt sharing and generosity it was!

We want to again express our sincere gratitude to our guests, volunteers, sponsors, and to all our supporters for your love, support, and partnership.

Over $82,000 has been donated or pledged as a result of our dinner fundraiser, and more continues to come in! These funds will help pay the expenses of identifying, remodeling and leasing a homeless center site. 379 people attended the catered dinner and program. 81 volunteers made the event a smooth-running success.

Pastor Leslie Braxton referred to tropical storm Sandy’s devastation of the east coast and challenged us all to be good neighbors, because we never know when we will need to depend on our neighbors.

All expenses for the fundraiser were met by our sponsors and table hosts so that 100% of everything given that night will fund the establishment of a new homeless center in Kent. Thank you!
